Ethiopian Prime Minister Meles Zenawi six more officials with the rank of State Minister on Wednesday, November 17/2010.
Five of the appointees are Execution Supervisors and the sixth is responsible for the special office of the PM.
The appointees are:
1. Gebremedhin Gebretinsae – Infrastructure Development Policy and Plan Execution Supervisor State Minister;
2. Bisrat Abebe – Administration and Justice Policy and Plan Execution Supervisor State Minister;
3. Ristu Yirdaw – Social Policy and Plan Execution Supervisor State Minister;
4. Ayana Zewde – Finance & Trade Policy and Plan Execution Supervisor State Minister;
5. Sisay Gemechu – Industry and Agriculture Policy and Plan Execution Supervisor State Minister; and
6. Surafel Mihireteab: State Minister in charge of the PM’s Special Office.
