Latest chart: Nabro eruption pause, No more Volcanic Ash expected

No more Volcanic Ash is expected after Friday 6 UTC(9 am local time) according to the recent Volcanic Ash Advisory from Meteo-France, the French weather service.

Meteo-France is responsible for southern Europe and African operations of VAAC (Volcanic Ash Advisory Centre) which has nine centers around the globe.

However, some websites, inc. this(link) are suggesting worsening conditions based on satellite images acquired from NASA.

The modeled chart below, issued by Meteo-France as Volcanic Ash Guidance for Aviation purposes, appears to suggest otherwise.

The image below presents the expected scale of Volcanic Ash on June 17, at: 00 UTC (GMT) – 3am local time and 06UTC (GMT) – 9 am local time.

One the other hand, it appears, no Volcanic Ash is expected at 12 UTC (GMT) – 3 pm local time and 18 UTC (GMT) – 9 pm local time.
